Customer Reviews
★★★★★
"Hit a rock on I-75 and ended up with a spiderweb crack. The tech met me in my driveway in less than 24 hours. They handled the insurance paperwork and walked me through the replacement timeline. The windshield looks great and held up through a week of spring storms."

"Found a long star chip in my windshield and thought it needed replacement. They did a conservative resin repair while I waited in the office parking lot downtown. Technician was professional and honest about future risks. Price was fair and saved me from a full replacement for now."

"I found Urban Windshield Works on a quick online search and booked same-day service during a late-winter thaw. The mobile team arrived in under three hours, replaced the windshield, and recalibrated the cameras. Road salt and slush have been rough this season, but the job was tight and the tech's timing was excellent."

"Saw them listed on a local directory and called for quotes from three shops. Urban Windshield Works gave the most transparent estimate and explained the parts they would use. The technician was punctual, cleaned up thoroughly, and the price beat the dealer without sacrificing quality. Would recommend to other Dayton drivers."
